Term of length of HOA Board

The term length in the Northwoods at Geist by-laws state that board members serve a three-year term. Residents running for the board in 2015 are agreeing to a one-year term at this time and may or may not run for an additional term next year.

neighborhood and any complaints received

A letter will be tendered for any violation◦14 days to correct the violation◦If no correction, second violation letter

will be sent and another 14 days allowed◦If violation continues, the final letter will

come from the HOA attorney and the violator could owe attorney fees
