Can Am Championship used FIA Group
7 rules, it means a total opening to mecha-
nical engineers, who built massive powerfull
lightweight cars.
Porsche 917/10K was born to destroy
McLaren’s supremacy of that era. It debuts
in 1972, built with a massive aerodynamic,
a short wheelbase, a weight of only 767
kg and an impressive 5000 cm3 boxer 12
cylinders with a power of 900 hp in race
configuration.
The 917/10K immediately showed a clear
superiority on the other cars, winning 6 of 9
races in that championship, conquering the
Can Am 1972 Championship.
NSR’s aim is to make a professional slot
racing model in 1/32 scale, Ready To Race
with extreme performance out of box and
respecting the aestetich of the real car.

NSR is an Italian artisan Company making profes-sional slotcars 100% here in Italy, into its factory. New factory opened in mid 2010. It displays over 1.100 square meters; it is a building realised with modern techniques in a total respect of health and environment.
It is very comfortable, the walls are totally tempera-ture insulated by aluminium padded panels, all the rooms where fellow workers assemble cars and parts, have controlled temperature by automatic power inverters as well as powerfull aspirators for the welding smoke.
There are photovoltaic panels laid on top of the roof to produce over 100.000 KW/year green power energy to totally satisfy our internal power need.
Inside the NSR factory work only young people, dynamic and motivated, enough to say that the average age it is of 22 years!
NSR makes highly performing model cars, a tech-nological concentration of parts to be competitive straight out of the box.
