Dear Department Managers,
It's about that time to revisit our GMO policy. As a store we've been non-GMO advocates for many, many years. We have a non-GMO policy that goes above and beyond. One of the major points is that we label any at-risk products on our shelves, (if we can't find a GMO-free replacement) as "GMO". We strive to be as GMO-free as possible while still catering to our customers' needs. It's very important for all NFP employees to know that our store isn't 100% GMO-free in case a customer asks. All this information and more can be presented to interested customers and employees by using the pamphlets at customer service.
