Leaming Units for the Trainings to BFTS held at SIRD' The

former has to be distributed dLlring the To't and the latter

couri€red to the concemed person in the State

b. NIRDto print adequate numbers ofTraining Material as per the

Training Calendar issued (for Trainers Guide) and BFT Batch

Targets (for L€aming Units).c. Master Trainers may be provided onl) I sct of Trainers Guide

and l2 Leaming Units in either E glish or Hindi'd. BFT Trainers to be provided only I copy ofthe Trainers Guide

in either English or Hindi.e. BFf Candidates to be provided only I set of l2 Leaming Units

in either English o{ Hindit NIRD to maintain inventory of printing and distribution of

materialwhich is to be shared on quarterly basis with MoRD as

per format enclosed (Annexef !-iii. Assist SIRDs to become parlner alencies of ASCI and cntcr batch

details in NSDC Portal.iv. Forward complete monitoring lormat in Section Vll ofthe SOP lvith

enclosures (Part A and Part B) for each BFT batch receivcd from

respective SIRD'S to MoRD fbr approval of lund release from

Capacity Building funds.
