Big Sing
Last week Isabelle, Khijra, Emily, Lily, Alexia, Tayah and Kiarra participated in the “Big Sing” which is a
combined schools choir. Our students spent three days working with composer and performer, Paul
Jarman, on a variety of songs which they presented to families on the final day of rehearsals. Well
done to our Northview students.
Grandparents Day—1st Nov
Next term we are hosting Grandparents Day to recognise
the important role grandparents play in the lives and
education of their grandchildren. Grandparents day will
take place in the morning of Friday 1st November and will
culminate with a special assembly with guest speaker,
local author Debbie Brooker. This will be followed by
morning tea with the grandies! Please diarise and invite
grandparents along for our biannual Grandparents Day.
Kind regards,
