Note the similarity in design features of the two headquarters buildings. The window louvers, common to both, control light and improve energy efficiency. Nissan is committed to a symbiosis of people, vehicles and nature as evidenced by its commitment to green buildings and manufacturing. Organizational Structure & Governance

Nissan is led by President and Chairman Carlos Ghosn. Mr. Ghosn and the Board of Directors are directly responsible for Nissans corporate governance. Nissan maintains a compliance committee in each region reporting directly to the global operating committee, which reports directly to the board. Nissan maintains a Global Code of Conduct and provides training to ensure that its employees maintain the highest ethical standards.
