Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA). When you’re backing out of a parking space, this feature monitors the area around the rear of your Murano® and can warn you about vehicles you might not see behind you approaching from either side. So backing up feels easier than ever.7

Moving Object Detection (MOD). When the Around View® Monitor is in use and detects something moving by the vehicle, it gives a visual and audible alert.8

180º Camera View. When in Reverse, the press of a button on your Around View® Monitor gives you a wider view of what’s behind you.9

Predictive Forward Collision Warning (PFCW). In traffic, it only takes a moment to get caught off guard in a potentially dangerous situation. How about a little help? With this technology, a radar sensor on the front of Murano® constantly monitors not just one vehicle ahead in your lane, but two. When the system detects sudden deceleration, it gives you an audible warning and a visual signal on the instrument panel.10 So you get a heads up, even if you can’t see what’s slowing you down.

Forward Emergency Braking (FEB). Using radar technology to keep an eye on your speed and proximity to vehicles ahead of you, FEB gives you audible and visual display warnings to help you know when to reduce your speed, if necessary. It can also apply braking to help you avoid a collision. If a collision is unavoidable, this feature will engage the brakes to help reduce speed of impact and reduce the severity of a collision.11

Nissan Advanced Airbag System has dual-stage supplemental front airbags with seat belt and occupant-classification sensors.2 In addition, Murano® features front seat-mounted side-impact supplemental airbags,2 a driver supplemental knee airbag,2 and roof-mounted curtain side-impact supplemental airbags with rollover sensor.2

Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC). Helps you keep a safe distance by using radar technology to maintain a preset distance from the car ahead in your lane, even at low speeds.6

Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) with Easy-Fill Tire Alert. With this standard feature, when your tire pressure is low, an icon illuminates on your dash to let you know. When filling your tires, the Easy-Fill Tire Alert gives you a friendly beep of the horn when you’ve reached the right pressure.3,4
