Aims of this Workshop
Help you understand the value & use of the new Effectiveness Toolkit (ETK)
Provide an opportunity to hear from an organisation using the ETK
Support you to confidently use the MOT & Full Assessment
Inform you of NIDOS support available

What is the NIDOS Effectiveness Toolkit (ETK) trying to achieve?
Helping organisations to: • document existing good practice• highlight areas for improvement• develop actions plans for these• share approaches to effectiveness and provide peer support meetings
Main audience for ETK
• Targeted at small organisations, but can be used by any• MOT is freely available for all• Full Assessment free to NIDOS members • Incorporates self-assessment process - but not an audit tool
Organisation benefits: • Clearer communication of your
mission: leading to better fundraising & mobilising of further support
• Prioritised areas for improvement: where to start and minimum standards
• Strengthened demonstration, to supporters, of value for money and use of time
• Improved work delivery - the main aim of your work
