E X E R C I S EDRAWING (ON) YOUR PA IN : 60 MINUTES
Get out your art supplies! This time you’ll need scissors, a glue stick, a
piece of poster board and as many magazines as possible. When’s the
last time you made a collage?! Collaging is a great way to calm the
brain and allow yourself to relax into the possibilities of what your life
can be. And honestly it’s really fun once you get over yourself.
DIRECTIONS: Take out the writing exercise from lesson one. Read the
words you wrote. How do you envision your painfree life? NOW
CREATE IT!
Use magazine clippings to build a collage of pictures and words that
help you visualize what you want your life to look like, who you are
inside, and what you could become. Don’t be shy. Be positive and
openhearted to your power.
