CLINICAL WORK AND RESEARCH ACTIVITY
Experience focused on chest computed tomography (CT), particularly in diffuse lung disease.
Particular interest also in lung cancer screening. More recent activity in phenotyping chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease and refining the imaging of conditions with cardio-vascular
components.
Routine clinical activity includes evaluation of whole-body conventional radiography, CT,
Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) and ultrasound examinations. Experience in emergency
radiology. From 27/11/2009 to 20/06/2015, Dr Sverzellati reported 22.553 radiologic
examinations.
