Information for the projectmeeting Recognition of learning at
October 14-16.
Event: Meeting of projectteams Recognition of learning in
Scouting and GuidingParticipants: Projectleaders an their
projectteams of NSGO's of Denmark, Portugal, Slovenia, Tjech
Republic, France, Spain, Belgium and The Netherlands. Also
representatives fromWOSM- and WAGGGS-Europe.

TravelinformationThe venue is located only 35 km. from the
airport. Due to the very spread arrivaltimes of theparticipants, it
is not possible to rent a big bus on friday the 14th, but we will
still try to arrange a littlevan drive up and down to the airport
one or two times. We will inform you about this next week, a
fewdays before departure. We will also try to find out the
busschedule from the airport to Aplia.
For sunday we will arrange bustransport to the airport,
departure at 11.00 AM. Because some of theparticipants have a
flight later in the afternoon, we will make it possible to make an
extra stop in the
centre of Porto for those who want to.
Additional program information:At saturdaynight their will be an
entertaining informal program, including visiting the beachvillage
andsome Portugese roverscouts will join us. At this time the
weatherexpectation is very good,around 25C during the day and 13 at
night.
Things NOT to bring:This new venue is equiped with double
bedrooms, including beddings and towels. So you don't needto bring
this anymore.
Things to prepare:- A detailed projectplan (when this has not
been made yet), incl. goals, results, steps to take incl.
timeschedule, incl. a 10 min. presentation- A copy of the system
for competence development, incl. a workshop for about 30-40 min.
for theother participants to experience how it works.
- A little native snack (of your country) to share on
fridaynight- An 'energizer' to present to the group (this is a
short 5 min. during activity to get the energy runninginto our
minds and bodies)
Things to do:- Send the mobilephone number of your teamleader of

preferred).
