Prize  giving  and  the  upcoming  Flood  lit,  Night,  SUP  Race

An Epic prize giving at Mecca Stone house saw all our podium finishers honoured and celebrated by friends, family and fellow competitors, what a fantastic night. Congratulations also to Mark Smith, winner of the $3,000 holiday to Samoa thanks to Pete at Island Holidays. It has been a truely amazing season down at Mission bay, but before we chill out a bit for winter don't forget about the upcoming night race on April 27th, details below.

This event is focusing on all different levels of current SUP abilities to encourage ALL paddlers of ALL abilities. We want to also encourage both an individual competition plus a team battle, its all ON!

Individual Categories: Team Categories:

- SUP Social/ Novice ~ 1km Sunset event

- SUP Surfboard

- SUP Grommets ~ 3km Night race - SUP Elite (either 12’6 or 14’0)

- SUP Surfboard ~ 3km Night race

- SUP Masters (50+) ~ 3km Night race

- SUP 12`6 Race ~ 4km Night race

- SUP Elite ~ 4km Night race

Team Category explanation

Teams can be made up from any source you like including SUP Brands, Team Riders, Retail stores, Corporates, Clubs, Friends, Family... Such as Starboard, Real Sailors, Pink Flamingos, Fanatic, SUP Centre, Magrette, Naish etc.

Each team needs to have 4 paddlers (can be all male, all female or a combination of gender), with the top 3 placing’s from each team counting for overall team honours i.e. each team gets to drop their lowest placing.

Individual honours can also be obtained even if competing in a team.
