Our Delivery Framework

1. Product & Technology Together: We have deliberately put our

product and technology talent into one team, to form a set of skills

able to define and deliver the needs of market, customer, data,

technology, and monetization in an optimised manner. An overall

methodology that is Market & Design / Customer & Data Driven.

2. Insight & Ideation: Our initial step is a laser focused understanding

of the innovation objectives, combined with the market / customers

needs via relevant insight + technical and economic criteria. We then

ideate amongst the combined teams often using DWC’s controlled

workshop / hot-house methodology. Resulting in a number of ideas,

ranked systematically, typically focusing on 1-3 for the next stage.

3. Concept & Prototype: For those selected, each is then defined using

a combination of market insight combined with a customer experience

/ gamification focus. Definition covers all necessary elements of use-

case and domain led development - business process and user-

experience, wire-framing, relevancy mapping, monetisation

optimisation, discovery (SEO) & advocacy (social media) needs and

GTM discovery, platform & data architecture and more. Resulting in

core success criteria and measurement points. As needed, prototyping

is used to gain initial feedback in market or enterprise.

4. Build & Test: Via development partners, using our product and

technical blue-prints. Delivered using an appropriate methodology to

the task, but always measured, flexible, agile and fast-paced, with high

5. GTM & Monetise & Measure & Hand-Over: Roll-out and
