Technical characteristics of the new building elements

The new building elements can be achieved in five variants and have the following technical parameters:

Density ranging from 250 kg/m3 to 1,200 kg/m3; Compressive strength, without reinforcement: 50 - 123.8 N/mm2 - “Further increase of load does not cause breaking of the sample under

compression (the sample settles and compacts continuously)”; Bending strength, without reinforcement: 5 - 9.10 N/mm2; Mechanical shock resistance, without reinforcement: 660 daN/cm - test carried out with Martens testing machine; the tested sample

“suffered only an imprinting under weight of the hitting ball, and not a breaking”; Coefficient of thermal conductivity(λ): 0.050 - 0.056 W/mK; U-value (Coefficient of heat transfer) : 0.10 - 0.13 W/m2K for a building with 30 cm thick exterior walls; Soundproofing: 95 – 130 db; Water absorption: 1.95% after 24 hours and 2.14% after 25 freeze-thaw cycles (test carried out on building elements unprotected

against water); They do not support combustion, and do not emanate smoke or gases; Insect and rodent resistant;

Other features: 100% ecological (test carried out by the Center for Biology and Ecology of Building Materials in Berlin, Germany) and 100% recyclable

after use; are modular elements with exact dimensions and tolerances of three tens of millimeter; are finished products not semi-fabricated products. do not require mortar. They are glued in between with a special binder (cold gluing), the gluing being as resistant as the building

element itself; can be protected on exterior for becoming waterproof; breathable; can be cast in molds of any shape and size; can be reinforced with any kind of reinforcement, such as metal, wood splinters, fibre glass, carbon fibre, bamboo, plastics etc., or, as

appropriate, can be used without reinforcement; can be colored in the structure in a variety of colors; can be carved by hand or mechanically, or imprinted under heat with various patterns; can be processed with conventional woodworking machines; can be used with the look given by the manufacturer, without adding additional finishing materials, or can be finished with any other

conventional material/finishing, such as metal, plastics, ceramics, glass, wood veneer, rubber, plasters, varnish, paints etc. can be drilled, nailed and screwed; They can replace any of the building elements currently used in construction.
