LOGGING IN
The online training login screen can be accessed via the following URL:
https://connect.rejectshop.com.au
Enter the Username and Password, and then select Login
FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
If you have forgotten your account password, then select the forgot password link on the login page.
Provide either the username or the email address for your account. The system will send you an email
link to create a new password.
However, if you have forgotten both your username and your email address, then you will need to
contact the Store Administration team at: [email protected]
In the new system your
Username/Password is your employee ID
This can be changed after logging in

CHANGING YOUR PASSWORD
To change your password, click the user menu on the
top right of the homepage and select profile. From here
select the edit profile button and enter your new
password into the new password field. Select ‘Save
Profile’ to save your changes.
THE HOME PAGE
On the homepage you can view the business Social Timeline, My Learning progress, Badges awarded
and the company blog. From here you can also navigate to the My Learning, Resources and
MADPlans (if applicable) pages. The TRS Connect logo at the top left can be used at any time to
return to the home page. At the top right is the user menu, which can be used to logout or edit your
profile.
THE SOCIAL TIMELINE (POSTS)
On the home page you will find the social timeline – a space
where you can add posts (this can be text / an image /
video). Posts can receive ‘likes’, ‘comments’ and be ‘pinned’
by others who can see the post. To create a post, click on
the ‘create post’ button. You can then choose what you
want to post or add text and select who you want the post
targeted to. For example, you can send a post to just your
store, or you can share with the entire business. Posts can
be edited or deleted using the icons on the right side of your
post. You can also search for posts using the search or
advanced functionality as pictured.

VIEW THE BLOG
The home page also contains a Blog which is used to share company news with the wider team. You
can scroll recent news by using the left and right arrows and view an article by clicking the slide,
when viewing an article, you can also comment on it. To view old news, select the See All Articles
slide, which is the last slide.
LEARNING PROGRESS
On the dashboard (homepage) you will see the LEARNING PROGRESS box that includes your profile
image, Your Overall Learning Progress, badges you have earned and Your Teams Mandatory Learning
progress (if applicable). You can view or edit your profile by clicking on your profile image.
Managers will be able to view their own progress and that of their team members. You can also click
on a team member’s name to view more training completion details.
LEADERBOARD
On the dashboard you will see the Leader Board showing
the top 10 ranks and the number of points they received
for completing mandatory training.
Clicking See Top 100 will show you a full list of users and
how many points they are earned.
You can earn 10-15 points per course completion.

EDIT YOUR PROFILE
To view your profile, click the user menu on the top right of the homepage and select profile. From
here you can select the edit profile button to update your profile picture and personal details. From
your profile you can also view your training completion report.
Note: If you would like to permanently change your name or email address this will
need to be done by emailing [email protected].
ACCESS YOUR TRAINING
You can access your learning and complete online courses via the MY LEARNING tab. This displays all
the course categories you are enrolled in and a progress bar shows your learning progress for each
category. You can also view the star rating other users have given each category (out of 5 stars).
Clicking on any category will take you to the courses you are enrolled in within that category.

The category page also displays a progress indicator. Select the course name to open the course
activities. Once you have completed a course successfully you will see a tick in the status checkbox
on the right.
The course page may include several activities. Each activity with a checkbox next to it needs to be
completed for the course to be registered as complete. Click START THIS COURSE in the ACTIVITIES
box to open it in a new popup window.
Once you have successfully completed a course you may close the window. This will
take you back to the page you started from. This page will now reload, and a checkbox
will show that you have completed the course/activity/module successfully.
Note: If the module does not open in a new window, please check your popup blocker
settings. In most modern browsers, you will see a red icon in the address bar or a
popup message at the bottom of the webpage, this indicates that a popup was blocked.
Please follow the instructions in your browser to enable it.
RESOURCES
The Resources tab will contain other resources available. This
includes any surveys that you are required to complete,
including engagement pulse surveys and platform feedback
surveys. You will receive a communication when a new survey
is required to be completed.

MADPLANS (STORE MANAGEMENT TEAMS ONLY)
The MADPlans tab is where you record the details of your
MADPlan discussions – My Action & Development Plan.
For more details on how to complete a
MADPlan in TRS Connect, access the
MADPlan guide via the MADPlans tab in
the menu or via the MY LEARNING tab
and click Begin in the yellow box.
CREATING REPORTS
You can create custom reports via the Reporting block in the navigation at the bottom of the page.
Click on one of the report titles to create the report you need.
General reports: Show completion data for eLearning,
Sign off and MADPlans.
The General report will retrieve all course records that
match the filters. In all cases, a filter left blank will
report on all records (e.g. leaving course name blank will
report on all courses)
Click the text box to either type the course you would
like to report on or use the drop-down menu to select
one or more courses.
Selecting the category heading in (brackets) will report on all the modules in the category.
Alternatively, you can select a specific module.
Tip: When using a smaller device to
make multiple selections, the
keyboard keeps coming up. Please
turn your device to ‘vertical’ will
make your selection process easier.

You can add multiple modules or even the whole category
into this filter.
Once the report has been generated, the arrows next to the heading titles can be used to sort the
columns.
To Export the report, use the button on the right ‘Excel/CSV’.
Individual reports: Provide the same
information as general reports but restricted
to a specific user.
Activity Reports: Show which activities in a
specific course have not been completed
(e.g. watch the video or take the quiz).
Course Overview Reports: Show user progress by
modules as a percent completion and allows for
progress comparisons between multiple courses.
Tip: Hold down the Ctrl
key on your keyboard to
easily make a multiple
selection.

DOWNLOADING THE APP
At this stage we do not have an official TRS Connect app. However here are the options to add the
site to your Home Screen.
Apple iOS: How to achieve this for your iPhone or iPad.
Android: How to achieve this for your Samsung, Huawei or any Android device.
Visit the TRS Connect site
and click the Share icon
Scroll to the right and
click Add to Home Screen
Give your app a name
e.g. TRS Connect
Visit the TRS Connect site
and click the Menu icon

HOW TO ENABLE POP-UPS
To provide better full screen experience our modules open in a New Window, however some devices
may see this as a pop-up and therefore block this window. Below are the instructions on how to
enable pop-ups:
Safari on iPhone & iPad
1. From the Home Screen, open Settings 2. Scroll down to select Safari 3. Turn "Block Pop-ups" on or off
Chrome on all devices
1. Open the Chrome app
2. On the right tap More > Settings 3. Tap Content Settings > Block Pop-ups
4. Turn "Pop-ups and redirects" on or off
Firefox on all devices
1. Open Firefox 2. Click Menu icon 3. Open Settings 4. Turn "Block Pop-ups Windows" on or off
LOGGING OUT
To logout of the LMS, select the user menu at the top right corner, and select Log out.
