Why SHIFT?
• Fuel poverty amongst our tenants is at 15%• All of our 8 wards lie within the lowest 20% of areas of deprivation
• Making good progress in increasing SAP ratings but how are we doing in other areas ‐ adapting to climate change, engaging with residents and staff, office practises?
• SHIFT allowed us to be independently assessed, learn from peers, and identify any weak areas
