Reclaimed Timber FlooringRe-write any story with the expanded Reclaimed Timber Flooring, salvaged and Made in the USA from old barns and other vintage structures. This collection is made from beams, timbers and original mill markings in a combination of mixed species for a fresh read on antique wood. Available prefinished in both engineered and solid planks in 4", 5", 6" or 7" widths and random lengths, the perfect imperfections showcase the exceptional characteristics of hardwood.

WARRANTY
All Products are sold “AS IS” and Architectural Systems’ sale warranties are solely that it is the owner of the Products sold Buyer and that the Products are delivered free from any security interest or other lien or encumbrance whatsoever. Products sold with old paint or stain may have lead-based paint hazards. THE WARRANTY PRINTEDABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY MADE BY ARCHITECTURAL SYSTEMS AS TO ITS PRODUCTS, AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANT ABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. Limitation of Liability It is understood and agreed that any liability of Architectural Systems, whether in contract, in tort, under any warranty, in negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the return of the amount of the purchase paid by Buyer and under no circumstances shall Architectural Systems be liable for special, direct, indirect or consequential damages. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the price quoted for Architectural Systems’ Products is consideration in the limitation of Architectural Systems’ liability. No action arising from the purchase of Architectural Systems’ Products may be brought by Buyer more than one year after the shipment date of such Products. Waiver Architectural Systems’ waiver of any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any other term or condition. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Architectural Systems and Buyer and such terms and conditions shall not be modified or amended except by a writing executed after the date hereof. These terms and conditions shall supersede any provisions, terms and conditions contained in any purchase order or other writing Architectural Systems may receive from Buyer, and the rights of the parties shall be governed exclusively by the terms and conditions hereof. Designation of Law and Forum In any action brought hereunder, the parties waive their right to a trial before a jury. The parties agree that the laws of the State of Missouri shall control in any dispute, and that such legal actions arising out of or related to the purchase and sale of Reclaimed and Old Growth Timber shall be brought in Jackson County, Missouri.
