It‘s the mixture of vehicles that does the trick – WIKING presents a plethora of themes! This time, revitalized forms take

center stage. Almost fi ve decades after their creation, they allow for many attractive new models. The model variety of the April range starts with the radiantly yellow Krupp as the "Deuka" fodder tractor-trailer that brings back some of rural aura of the 1960s. With a fi ne fi nishing and a roof rack, the Borgward Bus B611 is all set to take to the road. And new

emergency vehicles also enhance the pleasurethe classics can give. The Ford FK 2500 makes its debut as a compact turntable ladder; Unimog U 411 as a THW tractor; and the Opel Blitz as a prisoner transport vehicle with a history of prototypes on the streets of Berlin. In addition, celebrating their premiere are the Henschel forward control truck generation of the 1960s with the fl atbed truck in the colors of the former "Kassel"-based fi rm and as a fl at-bed dumper in the company colors of "Glück".

Another unforgettable feature is the incredible spaciousness of the Volvo 850 – WIKING has dedicated a contemporary taxi to it. The latest arrivals in the range are the VW Touareg as an emergency vehicle and the Rosenbauer AT series as RLFA-T on a MAN TGM chassis.

Model updating makes for a fresh spring breeze in miniaturization with the snappy yellow Fiat 600. But the

ruby-colored Renault R4 and the matte-gray split-window Beetle are reminiscent of the le-gendary family automobiles of the 1950s and 1960s that have long since found their per-manent place in the chronology of classics by WIKING. Both the VW T2 as a fi re service bus loaded with equipment on the roof and the MAN 415 as "Danzas" box truck tie in with this tradition. For the fi rst time, WIKING presents a telescopic loader ba-

sed on the prototype of the Claas Scorpion 7044. They have miniaturized the entire functionality of this agile implement – of course, fully telescopic. The precision model with its rugged and stable metal chassis has two steerable axles that keep the turning radius especially small. The detailed cab gives a hint of the complete maneu-verability of the original.

Imaginative and enri-ching the scale – 1:32 model enthusiasts get

even closer to the reality of farming with the new Fendt 828 Vario. For the fi rst time, the precision miniature has four interchangeable wheels – an enclosed key makes for smooth and easy wheel changes. The WIKING model of the Rosenbauer AT series miniaturizes

the operational functions of its great prototype – precise and rich in detail. Once again, Rosenbauer sets the bench-mark, because both in design and functionality, the impres-sive 1:43 miniature follows all those details that the fi re-men appreciate in their every-day work. The compact rescue and fi re-fi ghting vehi-cle also has transparent cab doors and a pump operating station, all reproduced down to the tiniest detail.

With the Valtra T214, WIKING celebrates a de-

sign premiere in 1:32! The rear hydraulics were deve-loped such that the length of the movable upper link can be adjusted. The attached de-vice can be hooked in at the end of the upper link, while the piston ensures the desired orientation of the attached devices of the agricultural machine by means of a com-bined grating – delivering an even greater level of authenti-city. The precision miniature features four interchangeable wheels.
