The Public Health Poster project at NECO was conceived by NECO faculty member Gary Chu OD 95 MPH The project engages OD1 students in the Vision Health Care course to identify research and publish a public health related issue

On April 14th this years posters will be presented and judged during NECOsVisionaries Day Celebration of Student Accomplishments

Below is one of last years winning posters

The premise of this methodology stems from the belief that public health is experienced when people see the impact of health beyond a patient encounter

Watch for the 2015 posters online in May
