STEP ONE: SIGN-UP Sign-up by visiting our website, www.HomeFolioMagazine. com, and clicking on the “Ad Contract & Payment” link on the left side of the homepage. Select your territory, choose your commitment level, complete the forms (including your Visa/MasterCard info), read the Terms & Conditions and submit. Understand, issues committed to are to run in “consecutive” issues. For example, if you sign-up for four issues, you’re signing up for the next four issues, not four issues over the course of a year. We need your sign-up information before we can send your ad to print. STEP TWO: DESIGNING YOUR AD If you would like HomeFolio to design your ad, here are some of the things you’ll need to send us. Agent Photo, either jpeg or tiff Contact information you want to appear in your ad Company Logo, we probably already have yours but, if not, we may need you to send us one as a high-res image or, Illustrator EPS file. Listing Photos, you can send us high-res images as jpegs or tiff Listing Text. We recommend sending your text in a Word document as an attachment to your email so, if the email gets lost in cyberspace, you have a backup and don’t have to retype it. If you already have an idea of how you’d like your ad to look so it is consistent with your other marketing efforts, please send some samples, PDF. Anything else you would like to communicate to your prospects and community.
