THE ORIGINAL FX MAYR HEALTH CENTER RECIPE TIP

CHESTNUT SOUP

Ingredients• 250 g steamed chestnuts• 100 g celeriac• 1 l alkali vegetable broth• Rock salt, finely grated lemon zest, a pinch of grated nutmeg

PreparationPeel the celeriac, cut it into small pieces and put it into a pot. Fill the pot with 800 ml of alkali vegetable bouillon and cook until everything is soft, for around 20 minutes. Then blend until it is smooth and add the chestnuts and the rest of the vegetable bouillon for the desired texture. Season to taste with rock salt, lemon zest and nutmeg.
