Dashboard Web-based application

The Dashboard is a Web-based application hosted by the NetSpot Central Server. It provides a secure access via Internet for remote management.

NetSpot Dashboard is used for Configuration, control, monitoring of all kiosks as well as to manage transactions and generate reports.

Once the NetSpot Kiosks is installed, the maintenance and updates are all done remotely.

Integrators are provided with a Dashboard for their Kiosks.

Integrators can create users for their employees and for their clients to visualize the relevant sites and Kiosks under their jurisdictions

Users can be set to view only mode for maintenance activity or with editor capabilities to (re-)configure their own sites

View the status of all kiosks. Email alerts can be configured to the Operator Support email when Internet connectivity to kiosks is lost.

Select the languages. Up to 3 languages can be set per Kiosk. Multiple languages already supported. And it is simple to add more.

Select pricing and currency. Ability to re-configure parameters based on changing demands.

Configure Kiosks based on the card type used: credit card, VIP card, barcode reader for libraries, etc.

View transactions and create usage reports. All transaction data can be exported in multiple formats including CSV and Excel.

Configure VIP rental cards to the specific needs of a site. For example, limit rental to one iPad/card, limit access to only one NetSpot Kiosk, etc.

Temporarily stop rentals for maintenance purposes. For example, during an iPad Operating system upgrade.

Disable a slot. In the event an iPad is reported defective and guide local maintenance personnel by remotely unlocking the slot for iPad repair or replacement.
