oVerView

NEO360 is an emerging movement of people convinced that

the world is not as it should be. Whether it be the lengthy

economic recession, the declining graduation rate, or the

increasing number of churches that are closing, it is not hard

to see that a new generation of leaders needs to be recruited

and trained to see spiritual and societal transformation.

NEO360 exists to train hundreds of these emerging leaders

through programs like LAUNCH and to develop dynamic

partnerships that are financially invested in seeing our

world transformed.

Through partners supporting trained leaders, transformational projects

are started. The finished product for NEO360 is a trained leader with solid

partnerships deployed in a new project that can transform a community.

Train leaders

NEO360 recruits and trains leaders through LAUNCH. LAUNCH is a

nine-month learning community designed to help leaders develop the skills

necessary to see spiritual and societal transformation in every community

they serve.

NEO360 develops partnerships with individuals and businesses to financially

sustain its efforts. It is only through the generosity of others that lasting

transformation can happen in Northeast Ohio and beyond.

Leaders in Northeast Ohio are the raw material NEO360 develops to see spiritual and societal transformation.

Leaders are sent out from LAUNCH with their prospectus for a new project. Partnerships begin to form around the new project to ensure it can be sustained.

I-65 2012 Update

I-65 OvervIew

Isaiah 65:18-24 is a chapter in the Bible filled with

promises of transformation that God intends to fulfill

all over the world. In 2011, NEO360 began a 5-year

campaign to see these promises fulfilled here in

Northeast Ohio and around the world. Below is our

financially, starting new projects, spiritual transformation, local projects

2012, we have already reached our transformational goal in four of the five

“I want to ask for your help. I have been on the Board of NEO360 for two

and a half years and have really been impressed with what it is doing. Like

most of you, we all are vested in Northeast Ohio from a job and family

perspective. I was absolutely blown away at the entrepreneurial side of

planting a church. Being a part of NEO360 has really helped me recognize

how business leaders can affect a city in a major way. Many of us think it is

difficult to start/manage a business…imagine starting a church in Cleveland

from scratch! That is precisely what NEO360 has been working on and

succeeding at doing! Would you be interested in investing financially to

i-65 2013 signs of TransforMaTion

2013 marks the third year of our I-65 Transformational

campaign. It has been amazing to see the signs of

transformation each year continue to increase. We are

already planning multiple global trips to new nations, preparing

to launch new local projects in communities, and developing

new financial partners for 2013.

Staff

guY sTeVens - exeCuTiVe direCTor

Guy serves as the Executive Director and a founding member of both

NEO360 and LAUNCH. He provides the day-to-day leadership for the

NEO360 staff and is a visionary for its future. He and his wife, Donna,

have five children and are passionate about seeing The Great

Commission realized in Northeast Ohio.

MaTT Jones - Media and CoMMuniCaTions

Matt Jones serves as the media and communications specialist for

NEO360. His main focus is on building and maintaining websites and doing

graphic design. His passion is to see the church use visual communication

to effectively share what God is doing in the world today. He and his wife,

Stacy, have three children and enjoy serving in their community.
