Several of Neo Sport’s wetsuits are backed by the 10 year limited warranty. This 10 year limited warranty is the longest of any in the market today. Look for the 10 year logo associated with many products in this catalog. Additional details of the 10 year limited

In order to provide the most competitive price to the consumer Neo Sport® products utilize multiple pricing strategies. Full details of wholesale, retail and Advertised Price Guidelines (APG) may be found in the Neo Sport® Dealer price list.

Consumer Direct Warranty

All Consumer Warranty claims are to be directed to Neo Sport® as detailed below. Authorized Retailers are welcome to provide warranty service to their customer; however this service is not required by Neo Sport® and we prefer that all consumer warrantee claims be channeled directly to our repair facility.

Warranty & Repair Information

Most Neo Sport® Brand wetsuits are backed with the most comprehensive consumer warranty in the business. With over 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing wetsuits, we have developed a reputation of quality and performance. Every Neo Sport® wetsuit is originally designed and manufactured at our USA factory, providing us complete control over the selection of components, materials, patterns, and designs. All warranty considerations can be professionally completed at our USA factory.

The customer experience and customer service are our number one priorities. We understand that there are many choices for you to consider and Neo Sport® wants to make certain that every wetsuit that bears our logo provides the confidence and trust our customer has come to expect from Neo Sport® Dive Wear.

Most Neo Sport® neoprene wetsuits that are not used for commercial purposes and registered by their owners at www.neosportusa.com/warranty are warranted for up to 10 years as follows:

• 10 years (zippers) • 5 years (on all material and workmanship with the exception of damage due to chlorine,

sunlight or compression) • 1 year ”Head to Toe” (excluding wetsuits that have been lost, stolen or damaged in use or used commercially)

This warranty is non-transferable.

Neo Sport® will replace or repair, at our discretion, any product proving to be defective. This warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, lack of reasonable care, accidents or loss of the product. Products which are not covered by the 10 year warranty will be marked and warranted as follows:

1) for a period of 1 year from the time of purchase. 2) to be free of manufacturing defects at the time of purchase.

Please read the applicable warranty information and care instructions attached and/or provided with the product at the time of purchase.

If you are uncertain of the warranty coverage simply return the product by following the instruction (below) for evaluation.

If you believe your garment is defective or if you wish to have it repaired, please return them via UPS, Express Mail or any other reliable method that allows the product to be insured and traced if lost, directly to: Neo Sport®
