Spray Coating System (Breathable) Running TrackConstruction process:

No rubbles. The bottom layer is made of single component Tirerecycling materials, It is an environmentally friendly product and hasgood ventilation function. At high temperature, The steam from thebottom layer will be evaporated in short time, The steam pressuredoesn't accumulate which consequently makes no bubble

The top layer is made of EPDM granule. As a result it can resistultraviolet rays. It has good abradability and weather resistance.

No granule loss. The EPDM granules of top layer stirred with thepolyurethane adhesive and the pre-polymer then sprayed bymachine.

Stable elasticity. The elasticity of running track doesn't changewith seasons and meanwhile the track won't become soft in summeror hard in the winter.

Good shock absorption, Safety, comfortable. It is good to developathlete potential and improve performance.

Sandwich System Running TrackThe base layer consists of black styrene butadiene rubber(SBR)granules, Bound together with a specially formulated, 100% solidsMDI based single component polyurethane,at a thickness of10mm(3/8inch). The top layer consists of a specially formulated,colored polyurethane into which (EPDM) rubber granules have beenembedded before curing for a thickness of 3mm(1/8inch)
