State Agency owned and/or Motor Fleet Management Vehicles Accidents involving Agency owned or Motor Fleet Management vehicles assigned to an Agency must be reported directly to Travelers Insurance Company. In addition, accidents involving motor fleet management vehicles must be reported within 5 days to Motor Fleet Management by calling 1-800-277-8181 or local Raleigh calling number, 919-733-4043. Link onto this website if you want to report a claim: www.ncaia.com/claim/claimlogin.aspx. You can use your same State Auto Web User ID and password that you now have to go into the NEW Claims Auto Web. Information which should be obtained from the other driver involved in the accident is name, address, telephone number, license plate number, insurance company and policy number. If this claim is for physical damage only to a Motor Fleet Management vehicle, do not enter your claim into this system. You will have to complete an FM-16 form found on Motor Fleet Management website www.ncmotorfleet.com and send directly to Motor Fleet Management. Entering any other claim into this system will eliminate having to complete the FM-16 to Motor Fleet Management as the system will automatically send to them.
