2019

W E L C O M E T O L O N D O NCISV London is thrilled to welcome CISV Canada to our beautiful city as hosts ofNBM2019.  We look forward to sharing, learning, and meeting each and everyone of you! London, Ontario, founded in 1836, is nestled on the Thames River. Deemed Forest City because of our 200+ parks, preserved woodlands, meadows, ponds and miles of paved bike paths along the Thames, London was intended tobe the capital of Canada. London  also recognizes the land on which we've built our city as the traditionalterritories of several First Nations communities, specifically the Anishinabewakiand Attiwonderonk, among nine others.

T H E T H E M E Seasons of Change  is a timely theme forCISVers meeting in London, the Forest City! The diversity that exists in our forests, locallyand across Canada, is mirrored by thediversity that CISV aims to inspire andencourage.  Each species of tree offers itsunique contributions to its environment, justas our members offer their uniquecontributions to their communities andchapters.  Additionally, with the CISVInternational Programme Review underway, this is a Season of Change for CISV and wewill have opportunities to discuss andengage on these issues and more atNBM2019.
