The Objective of the project was to study and understand the way walk-in interviews are
conducted in an MNC of high Repute such as Genpact. This research work is based on theinformation obtained from keen day to day Observation, Secondary Data and Questionnaires,
which helped me to draw a few conclusions and suggestions which symbolizes effective and
efficient HR system.
