CHRIST IS IN OUR MIDST!

HE IS AND ALWAYS SHALL BE!

WELCOME VLADYKA: His Grace Bishop Michael

will join us the weekend of September 20th through the

22nd to celebrate our patronal Feast Day. We are blessed

to have His Grace Bishop Michael join us to celebrate

the feast day of The Nativity of the Virgin and then join

us in fellowship after the Divine Services. Please make

every effort to be with us!

PATRONAL FEAST DAY SCHEDULE: Listed below is

the schedule of services His Grace will be with us

beginning on Friday and continuing through the

weekend of September 20th through Sunday September

22nd. After each of the services a dinner will be provided.

September 20th: 6 PM / All - Night Vigil

September 21st: 10AM / Hierarchical Divine Liturgy

September 21st: 6PM / Vespers

September 22nd

: 10AM / Hierarchical Divine Liturgy

PRAYERS FOR TEACHERS AND STUDENTS: On

Sunday September 8th prayers will be offered for the

new academic year. Teachers and students will asked to

come forward for a Molieben service at the conclusion

of the Divine Liturgy. All the children of the parish are

reminded to be with us on this Sunday for this beautiful

service.

CHURCH CLEANERS NEEDED: We are in need of a

few volunteers to help prepare the church for the

upcoming feast day of the Nativity of the Virgin Mary.

The work is minimal but the blessings are great!!!! If

you are willing to help please see Matushka Ludmila at

the candle desk and let her know when you will be

available. We also need help to setup the tables in the

parish home for the dinners. We need your HELP on

Saturday September 7th at 10 AM in the church.

SPECIAL THANKS: We would like to express our

CHOIR MEMBERS NEEDED: We are seeking help in

this much needed parish ministry! Please see our choir

director ASIA if interested! No experience required!

NEW LAWN MOWER NEEDED: The parish home is

in need of a new lawn mower! Our old lawn mower

lasted ten years and most recently has transmission

problems. We are looking at a new ride on mower witha cost totaling $1650. If you would like to help out

please see Matushka Ludmila at the candle desk.

DID YOU NOTICE! Special thanks to Nikolai and

Tatiana Izbitski who painted the steps from the parking

lot to the church! We thank them and wish them Good

Health For Many Blessed Years!

DISTINGUISHED DIOCESAN BENEFACTORS: This

program is a way to: Support our diocesan seminarians,

establish new mission parishes in our diocese, and

support many parishes that need help. Please take a

flyer titled: Vision For Our Future at the candle desk.

Your contributions to this initiative are welcomed.

NEW PEW BOOKS: The Parish Council at their last

meeting is looking into purchasing new pew books.

These editions of the Divine Liturgy of St. John

Chrysostom will encourage us to participate more fully

in the Liturgy and afford us an opportunity to sing the

responses of the Liturgy together.
