NPF 2016 Background Held since 1968 is the nation’s preeminent mailing industry meeting run by a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational corporation called the National Postal Forum. An annual conference that brings together the Postal Service and its major customers; corporations, state and local governments and nonprofit groups — for lively discussions on the use of mail to grow their business and generate revenue. Participants learn about the latest marketing innovations and trends in the mailing industry. In 2015 more than 4,000 large and small business customers attended representing companies that spent more than $22 billion in revenue -— nearly a third of total revenue for the USPS.
