NPF 2016 Background  Held since 1968 is the nation’s preeminent mailing industry meeting run by a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit educational corporation called the National Postal Forum.  An annual conference that brings together the Postal Service and its major customers; corporations, state and local governments and nonprofit groups — for lively discussions on the use of mail to grow their business and generate revenue.  Participants learn about the latest marketing innovations and trends in the mailing industry.  In 2015 more than 4,000 large and small business customers attended representing companies that spent more than $22 billion in revenue -— nearly a third of total revenue for the USPS.  With an exhibit hall featuring the largest comprehensive gathering of suppliers to the Postal Service and the businesses involved in mail. 3
