The factory appears to be structurally sound, though cracks are appearing in the outer walls in several places Ivy covers the walls, obscuring the north and west sides Virtual all the windows are broken

Inside the floors rernain sound, as are the wooden stairs in the northeast corner connecting the five tories The office area is strewn with but is in good condition, as is the machinery/engine segment.
