in the G-Staff. The second is to develop the careers of all T10 AGR Warrant Officers affiliated with the career fields aligned to the QPR regardless of their organization of assignment.

b. Career Field (CF). The overarching organizational track within which a Warrant Officer serves. Each career field may have multiple military occupational specialties (MOSs) aligned underneath it. While AGR vouchers are allocated by career field, Warrant Officers are promoted by MOS and because a Warrant Officer is only qualified in one MOS, promotion recommendations will be determined by the first qualified Warrant Officer on the CW5 Promotion Recommendation Review Order of Merit List. The ARNG G-Staff principals are responsible for the CF by defining the training requirements, and professional development opportunities necessary to develop and maintain a professional and capable T1 O ARNG AGR Warrant Officer workforce.
