A traditional classroom setting provides ample opportunity for interaction between instructors and attendees. Current issues facing the Excess & Surplus Lines industry are highlighted and participants are encouraged to discuss their personal perspectives. NAPSLO’s Surplus Lines Professional Selling Skills course is a customized sales training program for any surplus lines professional who transacts

business. The course is offered regionally throughout the year in small class settings so students receive individualized instruction.

The school is designed to complement NAPSLO’s other educational and career development offerings and is appropriate for surplus lines brokers, general agents and carrier underwriters of NAPSLO member firms.
