Day 1, 20th of June 2013

Going through the meeting agenda – what we will do in the next two days.

1 Short overview by each partner-organisation - How I am and the issues we have worked on

P0, AT Workpackage 2: there was a meeting with INIT – they are also in contact with P4. Next meeting with them will held in September for the interim report. Workpackage 3: ENTER dissemination activities and plans. Done: Project webpage, facebook activities, ADAM, posters, leaflets, first newsletter. Workpackage 4, 5: we are in contact with the partners. P1, BE Main parts: dissemination, networking. For the first period they didn’t that much, so they want to get more involved. They will make an European strategy on dissemination. Suggestion: there is final meeting in Turkey from another project- maybe someone of this group can join. P2, BG1 (CCI) Interesting topic, distribute it among companies – they made the interviews with companies and produced leaflets. It is a good working together at the moment. P3, BG2 (Marie Curie) See the presentation (PPP)! Improvement of communication is desired – Skype conferences. P4, IT Internal evaluators – QM Handbook is finished, first meeting evaluation done, evaluation of the first period as well. P5, RO (DGASPC) Interesting first project period because of the interviews – it was a nice experience to talk with the employers, company leaders. They is no refusal of the idea employing PwD. In Romania there are no SE providers, but now the next period will be crucial. P6, TR1 (Konak) They made interviews, questionnaires. They prepared the stakeholder analysis and the report about it – good working atmosphere. P7, TR2 (Six Point Blind) Low interest in Turkey concerning employment of PwD. They wanted to get the data how many PwD are employed, but they couldn’t find good statistics.

2 Presentation on the outputs of the Stakeholder analysis Presentation by: P6, TR1 (Konak) See presentation Stakeholder analysis report (action plan) is done; the following steps in this work package are open. No country will bring stakeholders of group C (low importance and high influence). Now it´s clear who has to be informed or consulted or involved (f.i. in regular face-to-face meetings). BG Marie Curie Association – very clear – stakeholders and planning activities. BG Dobrich – 500 employers contact. RO – clear contacts. Suggested dissemination and exploitation methods are explained in the presentation.

3 Discussion: Implementation Workshop in September in Austria 2 working groups … exchange between all project partners concerning following questions:

What do the results mean for the project? In the presentation of P6. What these findings mean for RO, BG and TR partners in particular? In the

presentation of P6. Who will participate in the implementation workshop in Austria in September?

See Presentation of P0. Outcomes1 Working group I (Flipchart 1):

Celal, Zeger, Andrean, Günay: Language – Basic English is necessary Knowing about People with Disabilities

Adjusted Toolkit will be necessary for

the Workshop (useful for exchange) Draft version Toolkit (English) ->

Information by BG2, TR2 before Workshop to the involved participants (preparation-workshop)

Case study examples are necessary Invitation of experts from the Labour

Market Service Focus: the role of a jobcoach, how to organize the process of supported employment (interactive-workshop)

Working group II (Flipchart 2): Sofia, Katalin, Zoldan, Vesselina, Svetlozar: The participants will have no „idea“ of Supported Employment and how it works. Focus on the employers:

How does Supported Employment works in Austria?

 Best practice examples

5 Presentation of the results of the 1st Project management Evaluation Report and the QM-Handbook Presentation by: P4, IT 1st meeting evaluation: All partners (expect P7) filled in the evaluation form total average was 4,71. Suggestions to reach a higher note: partners should have the choice between 2 hotels; more information of meeting agenda (more detailed information to tasks, deadlines); it would be fine to involve again a person from National Agency to introduce the needs of the final report; dedicate more on the clearness of each work package (in our project: WP 4 und 5 was not clear). Presentations should be sending before the meeting – upload them on the webpage 1st Project Management Report: All partners filled in the form for the first project period:

- Project activities evaluation and analysis - Workflow evaluation

Suggestions from the partners: Skype conferences More feedback and more information Financial assistance by JaW

Quality Management Handbook: Evalulation will be on ….

Products level Dissemination impact level Process level

Following evaluation: Products evaluation:

1. The implementation workshop (Sep. 2013) in Austria 2. Coaching visits will be evaluated by the participants/trainers by questionnaires

(Summary report will be done by IT) see PPP IT 3. Transnational meeting 4. Process management 5. Dissemination impact level: The dissemination action plan, webpage (hits on the

webpage), exploitation seminars, final conference

Deadlines on the evaluations are listed in the Quality Management Handbook.

6 Dissemination in action Presentation by P0, JaW – Dissemination materials and outcomes of WP3

Dissemination products: 1. Webpage: ongoing process, uploading all products, etc.

o Counting the visitors of the webpage – we should count them to show how the awareness raising campaign and the dissemination works.

o Dissemination: ALL partners should give the information concerning their dissemination activities. A short description to all activities is needed. Dissemination sheet/ annex for each partner country have to fill in in detail – presented template don´t have to filled in, if the given sheet is filled in in detail.

o Partner BG 2; MCA: pictures and filled in dissemination sheet deadline in July. - No comments from the partner to the webpage.

2. Project leaflets: remark from the Belgium partner: the leaflets should printed on recycled paper – we should give this information to the National Agency, because they reduced the budget for dissemination products.

3. Project poster: Roll-Up will be much sustainable. If the budget is enough the printing office should include the sending oft he posters in their invoices – all posters will be send to Austria and will distributed at the implementation workshop in September. Franz Wolfmayr will bring the posters to the EASPD.

4. Newsletter: 2nd Newsletter finished in November 2013 5. Press release: please more input from the partners! 6. Twitter: for now we don´t want to start with Twitter, maybe next year during the

implementation period. Every partner agreed! 7. Dissemination Strategy: Done and ok.

8. Awareness raising campain:

a. Period of developing raised awareness b. Working groups: How to do the awareness raising campaign (ARC)? Timeline?

Outcomes on two flipcharts – see in the appendix!

Day 2, 21th of June 2013

7 Results „Adaptation potential summary report“ by P5, DGASPC See presentation Methodology: structured interviews; our results are not representative, but for our purposes it is enough. One Problem: questions were understood differently. Results of PwD: main problem is the shortage of appropriate jobs, prejudices from employers, a support organisation is missing. Trainings or VETs are focused on daily needs, PwD don´t have experiences in training for a job (there are trainings but not in order to get a job). Interviewed PwD showed desire to work. Most required service of SE providers is job opportunities. To identify PwD strengths should be one main aim of the training for JobCoaches. Results of the companies: Differences between companies which had experiences with PwD and which had not – direct contact between PwD and companies is important. Safety issues and worries about the work rhythm, getting along with their co-workers. JobCoaches are welcomed in the companies, recruitment, specialized support is welcomed. TR – two strict legal frames of employment of PwD. Results of the NGOs: Critical to the legal frameworks, lack of educational level, societies attitude, limited working fields of work places. What are the fears of all groups? What barriers can be seen? Discussion TARGET GROUPS PwD: Description of Austrian SE services: different specialized coaches, f.e. coaches for hearing impaired people, mentally impaired people, etc. Concrete target groups can help to specify the support offer necessary to analyze and define the target group for each country.

Decision: BG: sensory + physically impaired people

RO: not fixed yet! Decision in September during the implementation workshop

TR: sensory + physically impaired people

Note: Lack of information of mentally impaired people

keep in mind for the awareness raising campaign
