OutWord For Family DiscussionSuppose your friend tells you that there is no

way dinosaurs were on the Ark. They lived mil-

lions of years ago, long before the Bible was even

written! What will you tell her?

It does seem like we are always hearing about di-

nosaurs and millions of years, and that they could not

have been on the Ark. But I believe the Bible, which

says ALL the land animals were created on Day Six of

Creation Week just about 6,000 years ago. Since dino-

saurs are land animals, they couldn’t have lived millions

of years ago. The Bible also says that God brought two

of EVERY kind of animal to the Ark before the Flood.

And EVERY means EVERY, right? So, the dinosaur kinds

had to be included.

What You Heard In the Word

• Many arks we see are NOT what is described

in the Bible. The silly-looking arks would never

have survived a worldwide Flood.

• God sent all the different kinds of animals

to the Ark—two each and seven of some,

including the dinosaur kinds.
