AWANA GRAND PRIX ON MARCH 13TH AT 9:00AM

We have some official dates on the calendar that we would like to make you

aware of. If any events would be canceled due to weather or COVID, the

church office will send out an announcement. Also, please keep an eye on

future bulletins. The events and dates you may mark your calendars for are

as follows:

Tuesday, March 16th - Ministry Board Meeting at 6:30pm

Friday, April 2nd - Good Friday Service at 6:30pm

Sunday, April 4th - Easter Sunrise Service

The Grand Prix is a racing event with a 50-year track record of fun and excitement. Each

year thousands of young people and their families attend a local race where they will hear the

gospel message. But the Grand Prix is more than just building a race car and watching it run down

Q. What is your favorite childhood memory? A. Hunting with my dad Q. Where did you graduate high school? A. I was homeschooled. Q. Favorite sports team? A. Philadelphia, Eagles (football) Q. What is your favorite hobby? A. Outdoor activities – hunting, four wheel riding with my children Q. When did Jesus first become real to you? A. I was 5 or 6 when I made the profession of faith. My older sister lead me in the sinners prayer. Q. How did you first hear about New Buffalo Alliance? How long have you attended? A. I grew up in the church so I have been attending for about 30 years. Q. How did you meet your spouse, Danielle? A. We met at New Buffalo Alliance Church and were in youth group together. We started dating after the youth group went on a mission’s trip to West Virginia. Q. What is the farthest you have been from home? A. Danielle and I went on a cruise to the Bahamas for our honeymoon.

PRAYER REQUESTS

Those in our congregation who have COVID

Those in our congregation who are sick and fighting colds

Kim’s mom’s mother (Terri Miller's mother) passed away in the hospital on

Sunday, February 14th. Pray for comfort for them in this time of great sadness

and sudden loss.

Cheri Lantz’s sister, Melodi, is battling cancer. She was on morphine her last

week of chemo and Melodi’s last day of chemo was 2/12. She will go for sur-

gery around May.

Priscilla Allandar heart surgery is on February 22nd

Janet Shover’s sister, Judy, will go for infusions/chemo treatments in March

Richard Finley as he battles cancer

Carl (Butch) Irvin as he deals with family issues with his son, Steve. Pray for

healing for Steve and protection over situation.

Rob Bell’s son’s (Chris’s) girlfriend, Lauren Nye, will receive last month of

chemo treatments this month of February.

Curt Hopta’s friend, Fred Rissinger, has pancreatic cancer. He goes for one

more chemo treatment in March and then the doctors will have a meeting with

him to decide on the next steps.

Don Moyer – Don has not been able to blink his left eye yet.

Evelyn Gow’s niece, Terry, has terminal bone cancer that spread throughout

her body and she is not doing well. Please pray the Holy Spirit will comfort

them all.

Safety for all police officers and their families, especially Jeremy Hoffman and

Christopher Haines
