myUFL Portal Upgrade

• What– Upgrade for the myUFL portal – Screens will look different; pages will include

navigation folders and more explanation– More browsers supported

• When – July 14!

myUFL Portal Upgrade

• Why – Improvements to the navigation and browser

support– Required for Financials and HRMS upgrades

• Who will it impact?– Everyone who logs in to myUFL

myUFL Portal upgrade

• How will it impact me? How will it change the way I do my job?– It won’t…unless you want it to

• You may want to save a click by using the new navigation options

• You may choose to use browsers that were not previously supported

When you first log in to myUFL the page will look the same as it does now

Once you begin navigating, the upgrade enables you to view your navigation options on the page

These folders and icons reflect the navigation that is still available on the left

You will often be able to skip a click by using the icons to navigate more directly to the page you want

Once you have navigated to the page you need, the look and use is the same as it is now
