Creation of Users Account

Super User

This is the highest level of user available underthe Text Message System (TMS) and is the mostpowerful user in the system and holding the top

system privilege.

- TMS controller

- System Administrator- User Account Management- Audit trail all levels of user account




Advance Use

2nd highest level of user available under the TMS.

- Able to receive, send and management of own message(e.g. SMS directed to the user, or SMS forwarded to the

user by other users, etc)

- Able to manage SMS of the Principal Account(e.g. in this case is SMC, the complaint message from public,

etc).




Normal User

This is the normal user under the Text MessageSystem (TMS) and with limited privilege.

As a normal user, the user is only allowed toreceiving of own message, replying, forwarding andmanagement of own messages.
