Good skill assessment in each sub-basin. Slide 19 Med-biogeochemistry: March 27th 2013 forecast MyOcean2 First Annual Meeting 17-18 April 2013 Phosphorus forecast for the 27/03/2013: upwelling processes in nwm and ion vertically transport to the surface that triggers the phytoplankton blooms Slide 20 Med-biogeochemistry: March 27th 2013 forecast MyOcean2 First Annual Meeting 17-18 April 2013 Med-Biogeochemistry can reproduce other ecosystem variables and indicators. On the right, different Phytoplankton groups biomass are shown. Indicator of biomass of different phytoplankton groups. The development of bio ecological indicators (based on BGC products) is pre- operationally in progress in other EC-FP7 projects (e.g. OPEC).
