Click on the My Lists tab on the right-hand side of your My Wolseley page ( ) will bring you to the Lists page ( ). Here you can access your own lists or choose from general lists of commonly used products, known as Express Lists.

• Select and open the list you want to share and click on ‘Share List’
• Select the check box next to each user or account that you wish to share. Click ‘Share’
• Users within selected accounts will now have access to this list in their My List tab
• The original list owner will maintain full control of the list and any updates made will be automatically made in the shared views

It’s Easy to Start Using Web Quotes!Here’s how:
1. As a Wolseley Canada account holder you can register forWolseley Express. Once granted access and user right to Web Quotes, contact your branch or sales rep with detailsof what you want quoted.
2.
Once the quotation is prepared it will appear in your WebQuotes feature on Wolseley Express. Unread quotes areeasily identified in bold font.
3. Review quote details. If you require any changes contact thebranch or the order writer listed at the bottom of the quote.
4.
Once you are satisfied with the quote, click "Checkout" to proceed with this order.

FAQs Pick up or Delivery?You can choose to have the order delivered to the shipping address in the quote, or pick up at a specified location established when the quote was requested.
How long are the quotes valid?Web Quotes are valid for 30 days and will remain on the ‘Active Quotes’ tab until they expire. After 30 days expired quotes can be accessed in the ‘Expired Quotes’ tab. For expired quotes contact the order writer, branch or sales rep to review and re-quote.

You can also enter a required date weeks or months ahead. Your order will be secure and processed accordingly.
Uploading a Spreadsheet
1. Click on ‘Upload a Spreadsheet’ in the ‘Ordered Products’ section of the My Wolseley page.
2. On the ‘Upload a Product Spreadsheet’ page, click on ‘Browse’ to select the .csv file that you would like to upload.
3. Choose the location to upload to ‘My Lists’ or the ‘Cart’.
4. Choosing ‘Cart’ will automatically load the products into your Shopping Cart where you can Checkout or Save as a Draft Order.
5. When choosing ‘My Lists’, name the list and click ‘Upload’. Your file will now be saved in the ‘My Lists’ section for future ordering.
Keep these tips in mind when uploading your spreadsheet:
• Files should contain only two columns of text • First column is Quantity• Second column is Product Code
• Remove header ie. Quantity, Product Code, Description
• Do not include any spaces or blank cells in your list
• Must be saved in a .csv format

Downloading My Ordered Products
1. Click on ‘Download My Ordered Products’ from My Wolseley page.
2. Save the .csv file to your hard drive or desktop. This file will include ALL the products you have ordered in the last 12 months.
3. Use this file to sort the items you need and create targeted lists that can then be uploaded to the platform.

Invoice Gateway
Invoice Gateway is a secure portal supported by BillTrust, allowing you to view all your invoices and statements and make convenient online payments. Invoice Gateway is only available through WolseleyExpress.com. Register for access at https://www.wolseleyexpress.com/UserRegistration/Registration
HOW TO PAY INVOICES ONLINE:
• Once you log in to Wolseley Express, you will be automatically taken to the My Wolseley landing page.
• Access Invoice Gateway from the My Wolseley page or the My Wolseley drop-down menu.
• Once you click on Invoice Gateway, you will be directed in a new tab to the secure portal, supported by BillTrust.
• View all unpaid invoices in the Open tab. Your total balance will show in the grey box at the top left.
• To pay an invoice, click the box next to the appropriate invoice. If you want to pay more than one invoice, you can select multiple boxes and the total payment amount will be displayed in the bottom right corner.
As an approved, registered user of Wolseley Express, you will enjoy all the time-saving features including Invoice Gateway.*
*You must be approved with the Invoice Gateway user right to access this feature.
Invoice Gateway
• Once the invoices are selected, click on PAY BILLS.
• This brings you to the Payment Details page where you can choose your payment account. Payment account can be either credit card or pre-authorized debit. You can also select a future date for scheduled payments.
• Once all the details are correct, click on NEXT to take you to the Authorization page. • To pay by pre-authorized debit you must authorize the transaction by agreeing to the Subscriber
Agreement.
• By clicking on AUTHORIZE, your payment will be processed, and you will then be directed to the Confirmation page where you can print, save or download the payment confirmation. Please ensure you print or save the confirmation from this screen before clicking DONE.
• Once paid, the invoices will automatically move to the Closed tab. • You can view payments that have been made or scheduled in the Payment History tab.
NOTE: Payments are applied to the account twice a day at 8am an 3pm EST. Payments made after 3pm will reflect on the account the next morning after 8am.

HOW TO MANAGE CREDIT CARDS AND BANK ACCOUNTS IN INVOICE GATEWAY:
You can view, add or delete credit cards or bank accounts in the Settings tab.
NOTE: For security purposes, credit card numbers cannot be updated. Please delete and re-enter the credit card if it needs to be changed. Once entered, only the last four digits of your credit card number will be displayed.
New bank accounts added have a three-day waiting period before payment can be scheduled.
