Introducing My Home Garden, an innovative lifestyle concept that blends of the very best of nature and healthy living with city life.

My Home Garden is the landscape masterplan at the heart of Parc3 at Cheras. It’s all about bringing community, personal health and natural eco-systems together to create a unique Green Community.

Parc3 is a ground-breaking residential project in South KL that blends luxury, affordability and natural living.

Its spacious layouts designed for every lifestyle and iconic architectural design will make Parc3 the best new address in Cheras.

Less than 6km from KLCC, you’ll be surrounded by an exciting and sought-after neighbourhood offering great shopping and entertainment as well as the best education and health services.

With the new MRT link and other transport links close by, you’ll have easy access to wherever you want to go. Tun Razak Exchange, KL’s financial district is only 2 stations away.

Best of all, Parc3 is just across the road from the 64-acre Taman Pudu Ulu recreational park, giving you all the natural vistas and recreational space you’ll need.

My Home Garden is part of Eupe’s Sustainability Plus program which aims to set new benchmarks for ‘green’, eco-friendly living in Malaysia.

Eupe has a proud record in sustainable residential design. Its Sky Residence was the first building in Malaysia to receive the globally prestigious LEED green accreditation.

Providing ‘green’ spaces for residents is very important because everyone - particularly in busy urban areas - needs gardens, parks

and other nature-inspired spaces to relax and recharge.

Eupe’s commitment to ‘Green Community’ is a key part of our Sustainability Plus program. This means we design our residential

projects carefully and innovatively so that green areas are the central feature of our projects.

That is why we:

Eupe has specially designed Parc3 so you have the best in natural, green living in the heart of the city.

We’ve partnered with one of Malaysia’s top landscape designers to create My Home Garden - a mix of beautiful yet practical green spaces, innovative landscapes and verdant gardens that offer a

seamless blend of nature and community.

Create our green spaces and recreation areas with

art and other creative designs so they not only

provide for physical well-being but are also food

for the mind and soul.

Allocate much more green space and other

recreational and relaxation areas - up to double the

amount - than required by planning regulations.

Employ the best landscape and green design experts

to give each of our projects the most innovative and

sustainable green facilities.

Parc3 has been designed around three parks - Central Park, Sky Park and Moonlight Deck.

Everything about Parc3 is aimed connecting residents with these three green precincts to create the My Home Garden concept.

Every natural space has been carefully incorporated into the My Home Garden concept so nature flows through every corner and space to blend with everyday lifestyles to give you a natural environment you can endlessly enjoy.

The flowing parks and garden concept of Parc3’s My Home Garden has two elements:

A myriad of multi-level parks and landscapes which blend together to create a unique, rhythmic song of nature, play and relaxation. The aim is to let the landscape flow - from the 64 acre park outside the site, to the surrounds of the development and the different floors all the way to the very top - Parc3 aims to immerse its residents in nature.

Community-style gardens where you can grow your own food the organic way. A place for families and neighbours to network and nurture relationships.

The landscape masterplan plan has not only the well-being of humans in mind, but animals and insects as well. The trees have been carefully selected to include those which are magnets for birds and butterflies.

Parc3’s landscape aims to build and foster community and family relationships via its curated spaces and communal gardens.

As well as being lush and beautiful, many of the trees and shrubs have been chosen because they are herbs, spices and plants with important medicinal and traditional healing properties. Other plants have been selected for their ability to filter the air from pollutants.

KEY LANDSCAPE AIMS

• Planting for humans, animals and insects to create a vibrant natural ecosystem.

• Teaching residents about plant types and uses.

• Natural creation of vertical greens for shade and fresh air.

TREES

Fruit trees such as the Cempedak (Jackfruit), Mango and Nangka trees will be both aesthetic and functional.

SHRUBS

The ferns, Mexican petunias, Miracle berries, Orange jasmine, Chinese fringe flowers and Gold durantha will add a profusion of flowers of varying colours to the ground covers. These are also butterfly magnets. Plants will be labeled to educate residents about their uses.
