We are aiming to create a movie that willappeal to the 15 backet.

What to involve.

Following our questionnaire we did on Tinker, Tailor,Soldier, Spy we believe that involving guns as props,suits and camera angles which seem challenging but

are created through using modest techniques. Furthermore, Mise-en-scene we plan to involve a

board room situation followed by a conspicuousmeeting or pursuit.

We also have planned to reduce dialogue as much aspossible, due to without the top-range of specialistequipment available sound doesnt receive very well.

Genre we shall follow.

We are obviously going to be directing our

film under the grand umbrella of Thriller, but

the sub-genre will be spy-thriller.

This means we have to show understanding of

a complex story and lead the audience

(through the intro we produce) to want to

continue viewing our production.

Location

We our filming our film intro at Chelsea academyschool.

We shall also be filming our conspicuous clip at atunnel preferably a brick train tunnel-

We have chosen these locations as Chelsea Academyhave lifts and a boardroom. This is ideal for part of ourintro. We believe this will vaguely mimic Tinker, Tailor,Soldier, Spy. Also James bond at HQ.

The tunnel we shall be using due to it being and eerielocation for a meeting. We believe it mimics the rondezvouz used in the films like Law abiding citizen andBourne ultimatum

Technical aspects we will incorporate.

Camera angles: Low angle

Mid shot

Close up

Big close up

High angle shot

Filming methods: An establishing shot is common within thrillers, especially at the beginning.

Tracking shot and tilt shot as well as panning will be used as well.

Sound: Non-diagetic sound will be used to prevent the incorporation of to much dialogue.

The sound will be asynchronous to keep in the feeling of mystery and suspense

Mise en Scene As I said earlier we shall be filming in both Chelsea Academy and at a tunnel in Battersea.

We shall use low key lighting in the boardroom scene but high key for pursuits.

The costume will be suits as these are what civilised MI5 or CIA agents would do.
