Mónica Wong General Director

Monica is the founder of Monica Wong Corporate Guidance (MWCG) in the Netherlands. She decided to create MWCG as a culmination of the experience she had gained on international trade and business development. Her strong understanding of cultural differences allows her to always find the best strategies for our clients. Born in Mexico with Chinese roots, Monica Wong is an expert in export consulting, agribusiness, international trade and foreign investment projects. After living in Mexico, France, China and nowadays the Netherlands, she has lived for a large part of her life in an international surrounding. Her knowledge of international markets is combined with her network and language skills. Besides being a native Spanish speaker she also speaks on a business level, English, Mandarin and Dutch. The fact that she has worked all over the world has contributed to her language skills. Monica understands that setting up your business abroad can be a big and challenging step. Foreign markets provide new opportunities but also great uncertainty and risk. Therefore, as the founder of MWCG, Monica aims at providing a bridge between companies from Latin-America, Europe and China, to help them participate in global business.

Graham Ward Contract Manager and Procurement Consulting- Austria

Graham Ward supports MWCG for both project and contract management and procurement consulting.

Graham, born in Scotland, has worked on international projects and companies for all of his 20 years in business. He started in technical roles within the telecoms business before progressing to project and contract management.

He has specialised in the management of multi-national and multi-company projects with a significant portion of outsourcing and complex integration activities. He has worked across Banking, Telecoms, Oil and Gas and, Finance sectors in implementing simple but effective project management principles.

Graham has also worked within the procurement function for multi-national organisations to leverage his business experience to obtain efficient and value-led commercial agreements that assist the business with the right balance between price and value.

Graham worked in Shell Exploration and Production in The Netherlands as Commercial Advisor.

He has also specialised in the construction, negotiation and management of business and commercial deals and contracts.

Ingeniero Agrícola con MBA especializado en Comercio Internacional se encarga de aportar el valor estratégico que supone España como principal productora de Europa y como destino preferido de empresas latinoamericanas que quieren introducirse en Europa.

Desarrollando su actividad tanto en el campo de las compras, negociación con proveedores, control de calidad y logística del producto como de penetración de productos en mercados, selección de distribuidores y defensa de intereses.
