Museum Passes Enjoy free admission to some of the New York area’s most popular attractions! Museum Passes are available to Northport-East Northport Public Library cardholders. updated 2/20-KH Reserving a Museum Pass Reservations are made through our Museum Pass Software available on our website or in the Library. A valid library card with a password is necessary to complete the reservation. Passes may be reserved up to two months in advance. Patrons may reserve up to four different passes in a 90-day period. Only one pass may be borrowed per library card for any given date. Manage your reservations by clicking on the “My Passes” link in the Museum Pass Software. Please cancel your reservation if you are unable to visit the museum as planned so that the pass may be available for another patron. Pick Up/Return Passes Pick Up/Return passes are reserved for the day you wish to visit the museum. Reserved passes are available for pick up the day before the reservation only at the Northport Library Circulation Desk. Passes for Mondays are available the preceding Saturday. You will need to bring your confirmation page and library card to check out the pass. Passes must be returned on the next day after the reservation (Monday through Saturday). Check the due date on your Museum Pass reservation receipt or log into “View Your Record” on the library website. Passes must be returned to the Northport Library Circulation Desk. There is a $20 fee per day for late passes and a $100 fee for lost passes. Print-on-Demand Passes Print-on-Demand passes are reserved for the day you wish to visit the museum. Reserved passes may be printed from home or at the Library ahead of time or on the day of your scheduled visit. The pass will be valid only for the date of visit listed on the confirmation page. The printed pass must be presented; digital versions are not accepted. Print-on-Demand passes do not need to be returned to the Library.
