Inside you’ll find sugges-tions for the best in books, games, music and movies and great tips to help you discover cool new activities, places and hobbies. In addition, we have listed local attractions and summer events to help you make this the greatest summer yet!

Teen Summer Reading Club: Beneath the Surface Join the fun this summer and participate in the Northport – East Northport Teen Summer Reading Club 2013. From June 24- August 10, students entering grades 6-12 are invited to come to the library and read for prizes as well as take part in special programs offered throughout the summer. Earn one Book Buck for every age-appropriate book that you read. Obtain your “Read and Rate Forms” in the Teen Centers or online at www.nenpl.org/teens. Your Book Bucks will be held at the Reference Desk. They will be redeemable for cool prizes such as gift certificates, books, posters and collectibles.
