Administrative duties included producing construction documents, obtaining local permits, client contact and coordination with civil and structural engineers. Designer and Builder/ Custom Home Brookings, OR 2003 to 2005 Designed and built a custom home using timber frame construction and green materials. Designed and installed water harvesting and radiant heating in the floors. Renovated and restored several 100+-year-old brownstones in the West Philadelphia Neighborhood Renewal, a University of Pennsylvania program. Maple Glen, PA 1991 to 1992 Manager for a forensic firm that investigated failed buildings. Primary responsibilities included research and construction documents for remedial repair and restoration of several major projects, field surveys, investigation of construction methodology and materials.
