WHAT IS CHEM-DRY?Chem-Dry has a revolutionary

CAN OTHER CLEANING METHODSACTUALLY HURT MY CARPETS?

Yes! The sticky residues from shampoo never really dry. Instead, they cling to every carpet

fiber, actually attracting more dust and soil. Thus, shampooed carpets re-soil very quickly. “Steam & Water” extraction (steam Cleaning) can cause

carpets to rot or mildew because of excessive drying time. The extreme flooding of carpets so common with these methods can utterly destroy

the jute backing on fine carpet. Such flooding can also damage hardwood floors beneath the

Dry method is that it is free of sticky residues. Once soil, grease and stains are removed, the

solution evaporates. Since crystal clear C02 is the dirt releasing agent, rather than soaps or harsh chemicals, there are no sticky residues left in

your carpet to attract dirt. Laboratory tests show that carpets cleaned the Chem-Dry way actually

stay clean as long as factory fresh carpets do.

The second home market surged in 2011, according to data from the 2012 NAR Investment and Vacation Home Buyers Survey. The combined market share of investment and vacation homes rose to the highest level since 2005.

Investment home sales jumped 64.5 percent over 2010. Vacation home sales climbed seven percent, year-over-year, and accounted for 11 percent of all transactions last year. The survey provided insights into the effects of today’s tighter credit environment, as well. Forty-nine percent of investment buyers paid all-cash, as did 42 percent of vacation home purchasers.

The South leads the country in investment and vacation buying activity, with 44 and 42 percent of all transactions, respectively. Eighty percent of second-home buyers said that current market conditions encouraged their purchase.
