MTL Light Weight Track Gate

The MTL Light Weight track gate is ideal for light commercial applications. These budget-conscious gates are ideal for environments such as small factories and premises requiring infrequent operation.

Safety Devices

Optional safety devices include PE beams, inductive loop detectors, safety edge strips, flashing lights, audible alarm and signage for use on automatic gate systems.

Drive System

The construction of the MTL gate system allows for a variety of motors and controllers to be used dependant on the required duty cycle of the gate. A typical motor drive supplied by Magnetic Automation is the MSL20. Please contact your local Magnetic Automation office for further details.

Construction

The gates are constructed from pre-galvanised steel and are powder coated to individual colour requirements. Sizes range for openings from 3 metres to 7 metres and heights of 1.8 metres or 2.1 metres. All rollers are supplied with sealed ball bearings which are designed to exceed gate loads and are capable of 100% duty cycle.

Options

Gate options include a choice of flat top or pressed spears.
