In 2016, Dave asked me to quit my job and come into the business with him full time. It proved to be fortuitous as I became licensed in May, and Dave had a heart attack in June. I had to jump in & continue his book of business while he recovered. I wrote a $1 million in contracts that month (with his supervision!). YOUR VOLUNTEER ROLE AT MTAR? AT OTHER ASSOCIATIONS? the process of organizing a one on one program

The Tennessee REALTORS Excel
Summit is over and it was a great
event. There were a couple of legis-
lative surprises that came up during
the meetings, but our Government
Affairs, RPAC and our never tiring
lobbyists dealt with them with their
usual aplomb.
Tennessee REALTORS are issu-
ing a new RPAC investor pin,
while supplies last, to members
who invest an additional $50.00
to RPAC. Contact [email protected]
for additional information. These
pins were debuted at the Excel
Summit yesterday and we should
be receiving our allotment soon.
