    We, the People of the United States of America,reject the U.S. Supreme Courts ruling in

    Citizens United v Federal Election Commission,January 2010, and we move to amend our

    U.S. Constitution to:

    1 Firmly establish thatmoney is not speech , andthat human beings, not corporations, are persons entitled to constitutional rights.

    2 Guarantee the right to vote and to participate, andto have our votes and participationcount .

    3 Protect local communities, their economies, anddemocracies againstillegitimate preemption actions by global, national, and state governments.
